FREE Kids Friday Lessons • Jan 7 – Feb 25, 2022
FREE kids Nordic ski lessons for ages 5-10 on Fridays from January 7th thru February 25th, 2022 at YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch Nordic Center. The Kids Nordic Ski Program offers ski instruction for beginners and more accomplished skiers ages 5-10, skiing games, winter nature activities, and ends with a Nordic Ski Festival and prizes for all. Lesson starts at 1pm. No lesson on January 21st & February 18th. Pre-registration is REQUIRED. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to lessons to get equipment and trail pass which are provided for the duration of the lesson. Classic, skate and never-ever lessons are available with a maximum of 30 students total. Parents are encouraged to help and will receive trail pass and equipment for the duration of the lesson if helping. Masks and social distancing are required. If feeling sick, please stay home! All events pending current Covid restrictions.

FREE Nordic Clinics • January 9, 2022
FREE Nordic Ski Clinics with Grand Nordic Club at Snow Mountain Ranch. Learn to Classic & Skate Ski For Adults & Kids at YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch Nordic Center. Trail Passes & Rentals FREE to Grand Nordic Members (non-members pay regular fees). Morning & afternoon lessons with instructors from Grand Nordic, Winter Park Competition Center, and Colorado Nordic Masters.

SMR Classic • January 15, 2022
Snow Mountain Ranch Classic Race is an early season classic-only event. Challenge yourself to the single lap 7.5K course, or double your enjoyment and ski two laps on the 15K course. More info at: ymcarockies.org/nordic-center
