With the biathlon range open for the summer, Colorado Biathlon Club announced the first of their grassroots races. The grassroots races are low-key events that are all about having a quick morning of fun at the range. Grassroots races are open to anyone with their own biathlon rifle and a red book or USBA safety certification (no club riffles will be available). To make these races possible, racers will need to  time themselves, keep their shooting scores, and reset targets if needed.

The opening race will be a mountain biking event on July 21st, featuring four shooting bouts and 5k, 10k, and 15k riding options.

Registration will be available from July 5th at 5PM through July 19th at 5PM. Sign up HERE!

Race will be held at Snow Mountain Ranch at the YMCA of the Rockies in Tabernash, CO. On race day, please, park at the JUST Ranch and walk to the biathlon range. Do NOT park at Nordic Center!
