Greetings from Grand County!
We are experiencing a low snow year (or maybe late start?).
Due to this challenge we are going to move the venue of our first event, The Granby Ranch Skate Race, up the street to the Nordic trails at Snow Mountain Ranch. The snow coverage is good and we have been able to create a great course at this venue. We will plan on hosting an event at Granby Ranch later this season. The potential date will be Saturday March, 2. Granby Ranch has been a great partner and we are excited to showcase this venue.
Everything else concerning the event this Sunday will remain the same with the exception that each participant will need to sign the Snow Mountain Waiver.
Late entry fee starts tomorrow and you can continue to sign up through Saturday at 6 pm. There will be no race day registration! Pass this info on to your friends.
The race will be based out of the “campers hub” building, just west of the Nordic Center. Parking will be at the Nordic center with overflow parking at the ball fields. There will be parking marshals to help direct you.
Bib pick up will be open at 8:am until 10 min prior to your event.
The first event will start at 10:00am.
